What happens immediately after payment?

Because our product is fully digital, delivery is instantaneous. Once your payment is successfully confirmed via our secure gateway, the watermark will be instantly removed, and your file will automatically download to your device based on your chosen tier:

• HD Image Plan (₹39): Instantly downloads a high-resolution JPEG image of your biodata, perfectly optimized for sharing on WhatsApp or email.
• PDF + Image Plan (₹49): Instantly downloads a high-quality, print-ready A4 PDF document, alongside the HD image.

Your Responsibility: File Backups

Once the file is successfully downloaded to your device, it is your responsibility to safely store it. We highly recommend immediately saving a backup copy to your Google Drive or emailing the file to yourself.

Please Note: To strictly protect your privacy, we do not save or store your generated biodata on our servers. Therefore, if you accidentally delete your file, lose your phone, or clear your browser cache, we cannot recover or resend your document. Please secure your downloaded file in advance so you don't have to recreate it unnecessarily.

What if you experience a problem downloading?

Sometimes technical glitches or network drops occur—where payment is deducted from your bank, but the file fails to download automatically. If this happens, please do not panic.

Simply email us your Payment Transaction ID at support@freemarathibiodatamaker.com. After verifying your transaction against our gateway logs, our support team will manually process your request and ensure your final biodata reaches you successfully.
